At Wine Country Tai Chi Society we offer several workshop opportunities through the year to help support gaining skill and fluidity with the Tai Chi sets. The additional time spent together learning more about the value of each movement also helps accelerate changes within the body for wellbeing. Kevin Werre of Tai Chi Awareness was our guest instructor this past weekend.

Our fellow members also shared space with local Tai Chi’ers from other clubs, from Vancouver, Nakusp, Vernon, and beyond. Together we can support each other in a bigger way for health and wellness.
Thank you to Kevin for his expertise with the set, but also his patience and ideas for helping us to understand the little things about the movements that are important.
