Work It Out with Tai Chi!
The holidays can leave us feeling a little out of sync. Whether it’s the indulgence of festive feasts, late-night celebrations, or simply the hustle and bustle of the season, many of us find ourselves craving balance and renewal. This February, the Wine Country Tai Chi Society invites you to reconnect with your health and well-being through the gentle, flowing movements of Taoist Tai Chi.
